Our dVP Uwe Sander is currently working on Open Team Server (OTS), a .NET project (C#) which aims to provide an open source system for managing the whole lifecycle of a software project.OTS is basically a source control system, but despite its name, it has nothing in common with the Team Foundation Server from Microsoft. Before checking it out you should note that the project is in a very early stage, it's not production ready and has no documentation except the command line help but it is basically working if you want to try it out.
