Let’s start. Create a new Silverlight application using Expression Blend. Open the MainPage.xaml and set the width of the usercontrol to 350 and the height to 100. Create three text blocks and name them active, previous and next. Position the active textblock in the center, the previous textblock to left outside the control and the next textblock to right outside of the control. Change the opacity for the previous and next textblocks to 0.
