Top 100 Utilities & Addins for Visual Studio 2010 & TFS 2010

Since the release of Visual Studio 2010 and Team Foundation Server 2010, many tools & utilities have been released by the Open Source Community, Partners and Microsoft. The best place to discover these is via the Visual Studio Extensions Gallery, but others like CodePlex and the MSDN site also will serve you well.
